Too Much Spinach

Now I have to figure a way to use up the extra spinach that I purchased to make the "Hearty Italian Sausage Soup" recipe yesterday.

For breakfast today I had cheese and crackers with spinach.


 Then for supper I added some spinach to my grilled cheese.

 

At this rate, it's going to take a while to finish off that bag of spinach.
